Tried to contact several repairers who told me there is a 3-month delay on parts. I managed to get in contact with Alex from Contour who repaired the damage in 2 weeks. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and prompt action.

What can I say about Alex and his team at Contour. Alex is simply amazing. He was recommend by a family friend following an accident on my beloved first Mini. I was devastated, but he was able to put me at ease from the beginning. From dealing with the insurance, to any little or silly questions I may have had he was always available and happy to help. He’s attentive and his eye for detail is beyond perfect. Being a perfectionist myself, I wouldn’t want anyone other than Alex looking after my vehicles.

I would give them 10 stars. Seamless is how I would describe the process of having my motorhome repared. Alex made what could have been a stressful experience flow easily, he organised a hire car for me to be dropped off and picked up from contour. The finished job was immaculate and finished inside the designated time and the price was very fair.
